Our committee

The club committee currently consists of seven active members of the folk dance group and has the following tasks:
a) The admission and exclusion of members
b) The organization of club life
c) The organization of events, performances, folk dance festivals, social gatherings, etc.
d) The management of the club’s assets
e) Setting the date for holding the general meeting
f) Determination of the date and location of the annual autumn excursion
g) Establishing contacts with authorities, corporations and private individuals for the purpose of granting subsidies and contributions
h) Taking initiatives that serve the purpose of the association, the reputation of the association or the promotion of it.

Committee 2022 – 2025

The committee is convened by the club chairwoman (group leader) as often as she deems it necessary. The committee has a quorum if half plus one of the committee members are present. In the event of a tie, the club chairman (group leader) has the deciding vote.

DUTIES OF COMMITTEE MEMBERS

Eleonora Schenk – The club chairwoman

This is the official representative of the group; she chairs the general assembly and committee meetings. All documents issued by the association require your signature. In financial matters, the relevant documents must be countersigned by the cashier. The chairwoman and the treasurer are authorized to accept and acknowledge contributions and subsidies from corporations, authorities and private individuals on behalf of the association.n und Privatpersonen anzunehmen und zu quittieren.

Moritz Prinoth – The cashier and vice president

The treasurer collects the club’s income. He keeps accounts of the association’s assets, takes care of expenses as directed by the committee, reports to the committee on the association’s cash balance and presents the properly documented annual financial statements to the general assembly.

Romy Lambacher- The traditional costume attendant

The costume attendant keeps the costumes safe; ensures that all traditional costume items that have been distributed to members are registered and keeps stored traditional costumes in order. She checks that the costume is worn correctly and presents the investment opportunities for the following year to the committee every year.

Maria Insam – The traditional costume attendant

Heidi Perathoner- dance leader and responsible for PR and marketing

The dance leader is responsible for the dance supervision of the group; he ensures that the dances are taught and performed accurately. He leads the rehearsals and decides on the dances that will be performed at public performances.

She is also responsible for the club’s marketing and social media. She maintains contact with journalists and photographers and takes care of photos and video recordings for the club. She also organizes events and excursions and presents the annual report at the general meeting.

Mateo Senoner – The Secretary

This is responsible for the association’s correspondence. It keeps minutes of all meetings and meetings and ensures that they are stored in an orderly manner. She keeps the member list and ensures timely honors for long-standing and deserving members.

Miran Holzknecht – The magazine owner (local manager)

This person oversees the rehearsal room, keeps it in order and ensures that the necessary items are available for performances. He also manages and looks after the inventory belonging to the club, i.e. coats of arms, lanterns, benches, etc.
